I am really impressed with the FNH, FNX45. If Texas had OC, I'd still CC, but 14 +1 round 45 , and two 14 round spare mags...that is firepower.

Yeah, I listed mine months ago, and just posted that the entire line is missing and your post didn't seem to get Springfield on the list either. Guess the boss just doesn't like Springers.

I still prefer my Glock 17, sadly its not on the list. This pistol has served me well as accommodation for my permanent hand injuries and superior combat training means I can make 9mm very effective.

Not on the list but I like my EEA Witness 45. I could shoot that thing all day long. I also have a S&W Sigma 40 I like it but between the two I'll carry the Witness. I'm still looking for a great CCW pistol, my current CC is a little pocket sized 380. It's easy to conceal but not a lot of punch.

The list could be more generic for 1911s and clones.... If I am open carrying, its probably an STI Eagle in 40 S&W.

I Don't Always Open Carry, But When I Do...

I only open carry on my own property or when I'm hunting or fishing out in the boonies. When I do I usually have either my S&W 686 4" barrel .357 loaded with CCI shot shells for snakes, or my 7.5" barrel New Model Blackhawk in .45 Long Colt with 260 JHP if I'm in hog/bear/gator country. I rock the old-school Uncle Mikes Sidekick with the K Frame and my western rig for toting the Blackhawk. I've never posted a photo in the forums before so I'm going to try just to see if it will work.

funny story about the Glock 19. we were raffling one off for the VCDL in Blacksburg, VA this weekend. we upset a few people. seems the Glock killed some people there. i have never seen a gun attack anyone i didn't know what to think about that fact.
