What we need are States Attorney's who do their jobs according to the letter of the law instead of imposing Political Prosecutions to further their own Political ambitions. Florida has many excellent laws, unfortunately we also have many less than ethical individuals in LE and the Courts.

I happened to be kind of related (by marriage) to Jonathan Larson, the young author of the Broadway musical, "Rent" before he died on opening night of a brain aneurism. After the opening run on Broadway was so successful, the company took the show on the road, and I've seen it from Savannah to Atlanta, Memphis to Birmingham, and San Diego to LA to San Francisco. Most performances were done with completely different casts than the last one we saw.
It's always refreshing to see the same play with a new cast. Link Removed

Here's another non-thinking NRA clone.
Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the NRA.
Their clones however seem to be like flies on horse poopoo though.
She was doing her job.
Her job was to indict the dumm fool for shooting an unarmed kid, with the nation about to explode over it.
In Florida they always seem to overcharge, if history is any clue, whereas in California they always seem to undercharge.
This was Florida not California.
Your thinking on all issue SGB seems to be NRA down the line on everything, so I am wondering if you ever think at all, or if you rather just use the NRA to do all your thinking for you. Just send in your contribution to them and they will be happy, life membership, plus ILA donations annually. You don't need to give them your soul as well.
The search function could have prevented you from making a fool of yourself. I'm one of the more distrusting of the NRA people on this site. I also grew up in CA, and know how difficult it is to shed the leftist, knee-jerk attitude of moral and intellectual superiority that place can instill in a person, and brother (or sister?), you are ate up with it.

Are you really so stupid? Her job is to IMPARTIALLY gather and access the facts and apply applicable State Statutes to the end of JUSTICE being served.
And overcharging is a flagellant violation of her oath of office, which goes to the point.
And somehow this is your way of dispelling my posts as the NRA is bad and therefore I must be bad as well? Are youserious? ...........
stupid question, of course you are ........ yes Shoobee I am the NRA and damn proud of it. The democratic underground called and said they miss you pardner.![]()
Youre obviously NRA. Its not rocket science. You had your brain surgically removed and you donated it and gave the proceeds to the NRA. And as their mime, you don't need to think ever again in your lifetime.
Zimmerman used a firearm to defend himself so obviously he must be innocent of all charges. Its somewhere in the NRA charter. No need to think at all.
But, as ol' Abe Lincoln once said, "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt." Far be it from me to stand in your way as you so enthusiastically show us who and what you are. Carry on.

The only thing needed to find Zimmerman guilty is that he pursued Martin. Even if Zimmerman saw Trayvon commit felony crime, according to FL laws your can not pursue someone to stop them from fleeing.
Thats a million doller question. I see alota posts about george zimmerman but do you think he was right in what he did? I say no he wasnt right. You do not take ur gun out in a fist fight.
