Has anyone been watching the latest episodes of 'Top Shot'?
If so, what do you all think of the contestants so far?

Good show,I've been watching it from day 1. I think the guys have their work cut out for them, this might be season a female shooter goes all of the way. Its going to be interesting. Can't believe Littlejohn last night, what a idiot. IMO

Agreed...
What was he thinking with that stupid bandana gesture??
I was LMAO at how dumb that was!
Even Colby (The Host) seemed befuddled! LOL!

There is way to much drama in the show now. Little John is a putts, I don't know what these people are thinking being so worried about taking out a "friend" its not like your team is going to win, there is one single winner at the end. Take them out, your gonna have to sooner or later if you want to win the thing. If I was on the show I would love to be sent to the elimination challenge as much as possible because if your good you got nothing to worry about and you get 2grand at Bass Pro Shops everytime.. I love watching the show to see the different weapons and shots but the drama is killing it..

Same here, like the show, hate the drama. I don't necessarily been social drama. Too much over dramatization of the same huge explosion over and over. But I guess they think it makes good tv. Most of the challenges are drills I would love to try. Those shooters are really lucky to have the opportunity.

I agree that some of these contestants are going overboard on the drama, (Littlejohn is a perfect example).
But my son and I still enjoy seeing the different weapons and shootout competitions.
We really like to see the slow motion footage of the projectiles as well.
It would be cool to see the lone female (Gabby) win it all this season.
She seems to be pretty consistent thus far.

Season 3 was the worse, remember Jake? What a joke he was. I bet his family was proud. That whole bandanna thing was a joke, it almost seemed like they were going to get married, I think the editors should of edited that out.

I've been watching since Season 1 and thoroughly enjoy the show.
I picked Chris Reed and Dustin Ellerman to win, at the beginning of their seasons, but didn't pick right on the rest.

Yeah, not too sure what was up with Littlejohn and given him the bandana? Sort of like, "Will you be my friend?". ;)

Wow! Jake from last season...what can I say. Sore looser!

I was hoping the Michelle would have gone further, but oh well.

Jake was a real a$$hole i.m.h.o.
He talked a big game, but in the end he was nothing but a Q.U.I.T.T.E.R.

Yes, Jake sure was, he had a huge chip on his shoulder and such a baby too.
I loved it when he started sleeping outside. I bet the mood in the house was a lot better after that?

And im sure that's why he went from a Navy SEAL to a college football coach.

Like the rest of you, I enjoy the different shooting experiences, but hate the drama. Enough of that cr4p on every other channel. Good reason to wait a couple of days after airing and catch it on demand, so I can forward through to the shooting. Littlejohn should have been out on that challenge.

I stopped watching that show after they kept picking Jay the golf instructor, clearly based off the fact he wasn't in any military branch...The first season with Kelly was the same ridiculous thought process (he was "too" young). They didn't care if those two were very quick learners on weapons they were not familiar with, pulled their share of the events for their teams if not more than their share, and brought to the table some of the best talent...If Kelly had that 2000$ gift card for every elimination challenge he won, he would of made quite a bit of money that first season. There seems to be this expected value to having a championship title or military experience, and if you didn't have that, then you were automatically voted to elimination.

The 2nd season not only made the show unwatchable but put a bad view on how they see our military. I haven't had the motivation to consider the seasons after that. Maybe someone post something that can change my mind...but it would seem that drama crap hasn't stopped so I'm pretty sure that show will not be on my tv anytime soon.

i've relegated myself to watching only the main challenge and the elimination challenge and DVR'ing past the rest. like the show, but dont need the soap opera.

Agreed with most about the drama, though, it seems to come with the shows as such. I like the "top hub" show Colby hosts. Less mess, more to the point.

I somewhat agree.
But I still enjoy watching the show for the actual challenges and I like to see the different weapons platforms.
Like others have said, I pretty much DVR the show and fast forward past the bullcrap drama.

I have to say that I have enjoyed the show since the first season. This season....well we will see how it plays out.

I watch top shot but I've found Top guns is much better in my opinion. You get a great review and history of the guns. So much less drama involved. You get to see a couple different "experts" shoot. Still get the slow motion shots. then you finally get to see Colby shoot! And!!! they school you on how to play pistol poker. Awesome by the way if you have a couple decks of crappy cards taking up space.
