Do you mean NOW or when I actually contributed something to society? Now that I think about it, I never really contributed anything to society except a short stint as a LEO and my spectacular service in the Army (smile). I was all about making money as a consultant and CPA. Now, I just bother people on this Interweb thingy here. And I write books for other people. Funny thing is - I applied to be an official reviewer of porn movies, but no one ever contacted me about it. (For those of you without a sense of humor, I am joking. Or am I?)

I am an avid shooter and gun smith and I run a resort in Wisc. where we have camping, cottages, cabins, and park models. We have a fish farming license as well as a game farm license for upland bird hunts and sporting clays. I am a single father with 3 kids that I have been raising since 2000 and they are a big part of everything I do, so I don't get out much.

I am a handgun and self defense instructor. Love new shooters, love teaching the handgun permit to carry classes but found that you can not always be armed so I came up with a self defense program that is common sense and
focuses on avoidance and escape. Sure, I get challenged by most of the guys and have to prove I know what I am
doing but they would probably question another male, too.

My official title is "Senior Customer Service Engineer" which boils down to a glorified machine mechanic. I go to the client location and fix what the client screwed up. Have been doing it for 30+ years. Electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, software, applications, Jack of all trades, Master of none. Married 38 years and to the same woman (Yes! She IS a patient lady!) 1 son grown and gone and an Ocicat that knows he owns the house. Was involved in BSA as leadership for 18 years. Been shooting for 35 and totin' for 20. Have lived in 18 different homes over the years moving for my employer. Now living in Central Florida. Still working, don't want to retire. Not yet at least.
