But really congrats on making the decision to not be unprepared if you are ever victimized.

When it comes to conceal carry handguns, the best one is the gun that you shoot very well with and you will wear and conceal everyday, everywhere you go.
I'm a big boy so I conceal my Glock 22 very well and it's extremely comfortable to have on, but that isn't an option for a lot of people so carry what you can hide and shoot. Size really shouldn't be much of an issue as modern conceal carry holsters can make pretty much anything disappear comfortably with little effort.
