What do people think of the shoulder tactical bags for ccw?

I got one it is huge. Might B ok for day hiking or something like that but its way 2 big to be practical. Most men are not going to feel comfortable carrying a huge bag like that. If it was smaller maybe. But I haven't seen one I would b willing to waste money on trying again.

Even though I voted S&W 1006 and SR40, I actually carry a S&W 1066 and the wife carries the new SR40c /w a CT laser. Both very effective weapons.

Primary is a S&W 1006 and secondary is a 3913 ladysmith, clothing and weather dependent. Planning on snagging a S&W 4006 as soon as possible to make my primary. It is a little smaller than the 1006 but still packs a punch similiar to the 10mm.

Primary in the winter I carry the Glock 27 in either the Crossbreed IWB our OWB holster depending on what I wear. I also have the LCR in .38+P and finally the cute lil LCP for summer carry.

I'm a big fan of my Gen 3 Glock 22. I carry it concealed just about everywhere I go here in Phoenix. I'm a tall and large man so it's easy to conceal and I have 5 hi-cap magazines, two of which are 31 round mags. When I'm packin my G22 you can't tell that I'm carrying my gun and over a hundred rounds of ammo on me. I also carry a large can of Sabre Red pepper spray for when lethal force isn't justified or is avoidable. I really want my gun to be the very last thing I use. But if I have to use my Glock 22, it's ready and super accurate with the trigger job I just gave it. I replaced all the springs and the connector to make it crazy easy to center punch my targets with each shot. I also permanently mounted a Grip Force beavertail adaptor to it and installed a mechanical DPM Systems Advanced Recoil Reduction System guide rod and recoil spring. I love my G22. Need to get rid of my Trijicon Night sites as I can't see what I'm shooting at with them at ranger of longer than 20 yards.Eyes are going bad.

I carry the Glock because of its almost perfect reputation for reliability. I've never had a failure in any of my Glocks. I hear that the Gen 4 Glocks have problems though. I would carry an American made gun if it shared the qualities and price of my Glocks. I haven't found an American pistol that can survive being dropped 500 Feet from a hovering helicopter. S&W M&P series don't count as they are Glock Ripoffs and don't have nearly as nice a trigger. And the stupid magazine disconnect is just so unnecessary.
