Cops can make those dogs "hit" on anything they want and unfortunately these gestapo police state tactics are in many states and will continue to increase in frequency as this country gets closer to being flushed down the commode. Defy, Defy, Defy, Do Not Comply.
To me a cop that abuses an individuals rights are no longer cops but just a thug in a uniform deserving of some form of street justice whether from a ball bat or bullet. What I wonder about is why so many don't realize they've become insignificant pawns for the power elite banking cartel and are knowingly doing their dirty work and will be thrown away later like a piece of trash after their usefulness has expired. They've made a conscious decision to side with evil and it will come back to haunt them.

The Fed's ain't gonna stop JACK... they can fight any settlement with unlimited taxpayer dollars (or pay the settlement; doesn't matter to them). Virtually no charge results in dismissal or prosecution. Judges and prosecutors almost invariable side with LE. "Golly... if the folks can exercise their rights, how can we then have our police state"?
It will be far better for all of us to have our constitutional and God given rights respected than any settlement from their being violated.

I'm completely familiar with the Genesis of your sig line. The first I heard of Merle and crew's hit, I thought it odd that they sang about the stuff they didn't do, but completely left-out the "stuff" that they did, some of it equally egregious...:sarcastic:
