Texas Copies New Mexico's Cavity Invader Cops....

....The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in El Paso said the unnamed 54-year-old U.S. citizen was “brutally” searched by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents in December 2012 after being selected for additional random screening at the Cordova Bridge in El Paso when a drug sniffing dog jumped on her. The woman was returning from a visit to a recently deported family friend in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico, the lawsuit said.

....Agents quickly stripped searched her and did cavity searches but found no evidence of drugs, court documents said. But the woman was transported in handcuffs to the University Medical Center of El Paso, the lawsuit said, where doctors subjected her to an observed bowel movement, a CT scan and other exams without a warrant.

....“After enduring approximately six hours of demeaning and highly invasive searches, (the woman) was released without any charge,” the lawsuit said.

....However, her attorney said she was charged $5,000 by the hospital.

And all this time many of us have thought of NY, NJ, CA, CT and MA as the focal points of tyranny. Turns out NM has taken over that distinction. Dr. Mengele seems to be running the war on drugs out there. Whoever is authorizing this kind of brutality, he and all the worker-Nazis implementing this reign of anal terror in NM should meet a much more fitting end than the original Mengele who got away with hiding in South America for 30 some-odd years before dying of old age.

I hope this woman sues for the entire budget of DHS......and wins.

Whatever happened to the 4th amendment? Then add insult to injury, the hospital charges HER for the violation.

What does NM have to do with this?

It's at least the third case of government-imposed anal torture that has become public in just the last few weeks, all coming out of NM. The only deviation between the facts of this case and the other two is that these cops are feds and the incident happened at the border, while the other two cases happened in the same jurisdiction by city, county and state cops.

Here's a link to a thread about the most widely-publicized case that I'm aware of. There are a couple of links to other semi-similar cases in that thread, but Link Removed describing a case involving the same expired-certification-drug-sniffing-dog that is basically identical to the one highlighted in the linked thread.

I have no idea why suddenly multiple cases of anal torture are coming out of NM, but they are, and chances are if there are three such cases where the victims came forward, there are other cases where victims are either too afraid or too embarrassed to become known for being victims of such gruesome crimes.

Who is the supervisor who is approving this? Who wrote the procedure for this kind of search? A civil jury is going to give this woman an award that makes the recent half-billion dollar lotto look like pocket change, and rightfully so.

I swear to Christ that if some bottom dwelling PIG forced me to endure "anal probing" for ANY ******* REASON.....
Use your imagination for what I would do to get revenge.

Everyone should be imprisoned who is involved. Those who are giving the orders all the way to those enforcing the orders.

No wonder they don't want us armed, no rapist wants their victims armed.

I think HoJO was referring to the fact that the incident linked occurred in El Paso, Tx. not NM.

Ahh, my bad. Really bad in fact, as I read the whole article before posting and then just spaced out everything but the first part of the first sentence:

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Federal agents wrongfully strip-searched a New Mexico woman.....

Sorry about that. I don't think I can, but I'll try to edit the title of the thread. Thanks for clarifying the reason for HoJo's question, dog. I just figured he hadn't read about the other cases or something. My apologies for not understanding HoJo, and for not getting it right in the first place.

The punishment should fit the crime, I'm thinking a floating barrel AR up their poop chute and fire at will sounds about right.

There is no worse tyranny than to force a man to pay for what he does not want merely because you think it would be good for him.

Glad I retired. I could not imagine my supervisor telling me to treat a citizen in such a manner! If he did I would refuse!

It appears government thinks we have no rights, and that is how they treat us....

Wrong grasshopper. I find the best way to get revenge is to file a civil action. Defendants include US Customs, the border patrol, the agent, the supervisor. They'll settle a few times and then stop this practice.

That's you I was replying to Johnny Tremain there. I also believe civil action is the way to go
