Hope we don't gain any more knowledge. That only proves the end is near. Well... Maybe the end of god. Once we are able to see behind the curtain, we see Oz who he really is. Oh and thanks guys for opening my eyes into the real meaning of The Wizard Of Oz. Now I see that it's a total slam on near-death experiences and an inspiring story of triumph against religion. I'm totally going to have to watch it again to see what other correlations it has that were right in front of me.

Sure it is possible that we are in that season where the end is coming, but your and my end is a definite. It could be in 30 seconds or 30 years. If it is in 30 seconds, a minute or whatever, are you ready? If you mock this, can you afford to be wrong. Eternity is forever. You owe it to yourself to completely investigate the promises of God and Jesus's sacrifice for your sins. You need to ask God where you stand. It takes real guts to do that. I think you can, by God's grace, take that challenge.
We can't prove God to you, but God can prove Himself, if you are interested.

I understand. The message of the Cross of Christ is foolishness (silly) to those who are perishing. I am just trying to encourage you to seek God and ask Him to open your eyes so that you are no longer ignorant of God and your need of forgiveness. We all need it. I can't imagine that you would believe there is any harm in asking God to make Himself real to you. I realize that you won't seek Jesus unless something dramatic stirs you to do so. If and when that happens, I'll be glad to pray for you. If you have any legit prayer requests now, let me know.

You're too smart for me. I hope you change or you better like extremely hot climates. No joke. Jesus doesn't believe Allah or Buddha is God. I think he rates a little higher than you so I'll stick wth Him. If you think that's dumb, you can take it up with Jesus. I didn't make my comments to win a debate. I do plan on being cremated. So I guess I do like hot places. I won't mind though. I'll be dead... End of story. If you need a fantastic tale of a wonderful/horrific afterlife to get you get through this real one, have at it. It is a popular thing to do Well, at least on the surface. Most people claim to be religious. Yet a vast majority of them don't actually do what is "required" of them. If they truly believed, the would. The only thing I do different is admit that I don't believe, while the rest of you lie to yourselves.

Tx: You are wasting your time here trying to tell some people about Jesus. As you can see, they would rather mock Him and pose ridiculous ideas rather than give serious thought to what you have said. Just remember, anytime you post from God's word on here, He has promised that it would not return void. It may not have an effect on the person you are dealing with but it may help someone just passing by this forum and sees what you have written. We have already been told there would be scoffers in the end time so don't be surprised when they try to ridicule you. There's will be a very rude awakening some day so be content in having tried to help.

Some people go to church and call themselves Christians. It is mostly cultural with a lot of church members and many churches. Then there are people, like me, who have experientially come to know Jesus. We have received the Spirit of God. We have been given a new heart and godly desires. We aren't perfect, but we are being perfected. We grow in our relationship with God and our actions are fairly consistent. We didn't deserve or earn this privilege. Its a gift from God.
I know I am not lying to myself, and no one will ever be able to take that away from me. You may have convinced yourself, but you can never change the mind of someone who has been given the truth. We have been given the Spirit of God. We also expect that many will think we are foolish.
