You really are one ignorant old man. Instead of reexplaining everything I've already stated before and you just don't understand? Lets just do this one. "Business" open to the public!! You are not trespassing during normal business hours if you are in that business with no shirt and shoes, even if they have signs stating that you must wear them!!! You are only trespassing if you are asked by the owner or employees to leave and you refuse to leave!!! Did you graduate from high school??? What is sad is you don't see that difference. that is why you really don't under stand the difference between "rights" and laws. I realize to someone like you putting your life on the line for your country during a war and serving your community doesn't mean anything! You live by a different code, searching women that are shopping at your grocery store, because you "think" they stole a cucumber.
Firefighterchen, it states EXACTLY that it is NOT A CRIMINAL ACT, therefore not trespassing. It doesn't say that you "won't be charged criminally." Laws aren't written to tell us everything that is allowed, they are written to tell us what isn't.
I posted a link to the Missouri law which allows CCW permit holders to carry in the listed "restricted" places in Missouri, which include business' with "no guns" signs, unless they are asked to leave.
There are some on here who like to INSIST that to disobey a property owners "rules" is an INFRINGEMENT on his so-called RIGHTS... They fail miserably to see that rules are not the same thing as RIGHTS.....
Good demonstration of what I already stated you really don't understand. There is no force of law behind the CCW in the posted business period. A person would only be sited if they refused to leave the property after the police officer ask them to leave. You really are an idiot!!!
If there is "no force of law" behind the Missouri law (or the trespass laws in other States) then why is there the penalty of "being cited" or being charged with trespass (in some other States)?Good demonstration of what I already stated you really don't understand. Again, does anyone know how the tapatalk app works well enough to let me know how to quit getting updated on this thread?
I know some of you are going to bash me
Tapatalk notifies you when someone responds to a thread you've commented on. So because I commented on this thread towards its beginning I'm now at the mercy of all these dumbasses who feel like that have to have the last word. Not having Tapatalk not sure. If you can get to your settings, go to subscriptions and unsubscribe from there.
If your directed by email at the bottom of email should be a link to unsubscribe there.
Hope this helps

Well I wouldn't except all my communication on this forum is done via iPhone. I was using the regular USA carry app but it's not as user friendly, plus you have to try and open it about 20 times because it keeps crashing. So I thought I had an app that was finally worth while. And as much as the app can help I do...it's the users of this forum that seem to be the issue now.seems like.
Good reason not to have tapatalk

Interesting... are you blaming other people for causing you an inconvenience because they are posting? Seems to me it isn't those who are posting that is the problem.. the problem is being sent notices that you don't want. And since you are the one using the app that is sending you the notices... wouldn't it be your app that is the problem and not folks who post?Well I wouldn't except all my communication on this forum is done via iPhone. When those "dumbasses" have entered into a pissing contest by posting worthless bickering arguments to try and split hairs over the true philosophical meaning of "trespassing" and all the "what-ifs" of how the law could be interpreted...yes, that is exactly what I am expecting, I was just trying to go about saying it in as smart-ass of a way as possible.Interesting... are you blaming other people for causing you an inconvenience because they are posting? But I'm wondering.... are you expecting folks that you consider to be "dumbasses" to stop posting so you aren't inconvenienced by notices on your app?

But I would settle for someone actually telling me how to no longer get notified of this worthless thread on this app.
I see... so you think everyone should either only post things you consider worthwhile... or just shut up because you consider them to be "dumbasses"... so you aren't inconvenienced by the app you are using just because you don't know how to use that app? When those "dumbasses" have entered into a pissing contest by posting worthless bickering arguments to try and split hairs over the true philosophical meaning of "trespassing" and all the "what-ifs" of how the law could be interpreted...yes, that is exactly what I am expecting, I was just trying to go about saying it in as smart-ass of a way as possible.

I see...so you don't find it particular interesting that you have completely abandoned your precious argument and have now decided to indulge in this one?I see... so you think everyone should either only post things you consider worthwhile... or just shut up because you consider them to be "dumbasses"... so you aren't inconvenienced by the app you are using just because you don't know how to use that app?
Perhaps I am mistaken but it would seem to me that the fault lies either with the app not having the capability to allow you to unsubscribe from threads you are no longer interested in or the fault lies with your not knowing how to use the app. Neither of which have anything to do with what other folks post.
Tried a few things...we'll see if it worked.Try going to quick links. subscribed threads and unsubscribinb from the thread
