Then I dare to presume that post TM, the issue would be compounded.
I believe it. However, I'm certainly not feeling sympathy for someone who's clearly demonstrated a long history of being a **** up.

Could very well be true.I'm not trying to justify anything GZ has done but, I am curious to know whether or not he is suffering from some form of psychological stress. I wonder that if he is suffering from such a thing, whether it began prior to the TM incident or if it's one of the results of it. Again, I'm not justifying anything he's done but I know personally the many effects such things as taking another life can have on a person. I think some psychological treatment would be a good idea.
That wasn't the beginning of his legal problems though. He's had a restraining order on him from a previous girlfriend, been fired from a job for being hostile and aggressive, and arrested twice, once while violently resisting arrest... all before TM. If he got screwed up somewhere, it was definitely before TM.
Most people tried to paint TM as being a thug and GZ as a saint when in fact GZ was the one with the long criminal record.
I believe it. However, I'm certainly not feeling sympathy for someone who's clearly demonstrated a long history of being a **** up.
No sympathy, just empathy and stating I think some treatment would be a good idea.
A day without Stench is like a day without sunshine. He really makes my day.Uhh....yeah....not really. If he is convicted in this current case, that will be the first line-item in his criminal record.

Contact with, or even being arrested by cops, doesn't necessarily create a "criminal" record. In fact, neither contact nor arrest ever creates a criminal record - being convicted of a crime, or pleading out (pleading guilty or nolo contendere) to a crime is what creates a criminal record. Being suspected and eliminated as the perpetrator of a crime does not create a criminal record. Being pulled over for speeding and either getting a ticket or being let off with a warning does not create a criminal record. The "long" criminal record that Zimmerman had prior to meeting with Martin on that night, were two contacts with LE, one resulting in an arrest and charges being dropped in compliance with a court-ordered diversionary program, and the other was competing restraining orders between him and an ex for which no charges were ever filed against either of them.
It's a good thing it's not a crime to be so wrong and so devoid of factual information, Stench, or else your actual criminal record would be hundreds of times as long as George Zimmerman's is as of this writing.

Interesting. Do you feel empathy for TM also? Honest question.
Do I have empathy for him being a trouble-making teen? Sure, been there too. Do I have empathy for him being killed? No, I've never been killed so I have no basis for understanding his exact situation. Do I believe that regardless of the circumstances surrounding his death, that it was a tragedy? Yes, there are very few situations when I believe that someone being killed is not a tragedy. What's your intent asking me this?
Wonder if he felt empowered since his acquittal against Martin and thought he couldn't do wrong. Looks like his life is spiraling out of control and may be alcohol induced and having trouble coping with what happened.
Thanks for answering. I have seen plenty of empathy for Z but not for M so I was curious but not meaning to take it anywhere further
..
Right or wrong M was a kid and I feel bad for him losing his life probably because Im a dad.
..
Thats all.

The is a difference between sympathy and empathy. Just making sure you are using the terms correctly.

Yep, I do mean empathy. In TMs case... I remember feeling like I was a bad ass as a teen. In GZs case... I dont have any commonality with him... so little to no empathy and definitely no sympathy.

I suppose if you are unfortunate enough to have your head smashed into the sidewalk, you will find both of them for him quickly.
I believe it... but really, it must have started before TM, and then just accelerated. Considering that he's been arrested multiple times but never charged, he probably felt like nothing could happen to him from before TM. While going through the trial was probably shocking, he still was acquitted... That said, he got divorced during that also. It's probably everything happening together. But really, all this **** that's coming back to haunt him is based upon his own actions. Considering the restraining order that was put on him in the past, TM is not the only person GZ has harmed.
Blues said:He's going down eventually. His true colors are pretty much revealed. Like Sten said, eventually he'll be killed or do something that can't be covered up. Too bad TM will never get justice, but at least GZ will eventually get removed as a threat.
While I believe that GZ made a plethora of tactical mistakes that culminated in a confrontation that he could've easily avoided, there is zero evidence to support the contention that he started the fight. There is ample evidence to support the contention that he was on the bottom having his head slammed into the concrete sidewalk. The jury decided that the actions of TM justified the use of deadly force by GZ in self defense.
Others besides myself may wonder where you came up with the notion that Martin never got justice, and further wonder how you seemingly find "justice" in the idea that GZ may eventually be killed in an unrelated incident? GZ was tried and acquitted. That's all the justice TM was entitled to posthumously, and no unrelated incident that results in GZ being killed at the hands of another will provide any more justice for Trayvon Martin than our system of justice has already given him.
You have a very strange way of looking at things. Putting one's self in a position to be confronted and/or accosted is a mistake in tactics, but it's not illegal. As such, GZ can be said to be tactically responsible in a contributory manner for the confrontation happening, but he's not criminally responsible for saving his own life once his head started being bounced off the concrete. The jury agrees with me, which leaves your way of viewing it in the context of "justice" as pure, unadulterated sophistry.
Would somebody please quote the following for this know-nothing blowhard? He obviously has me on ignore, which I don't really care, but he needs to be set straight nonetheless. Thanks in advance....

Before his encounter with Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman was arrested once. Charges in that arrest were dropped when the prosecutor or judge (whomever) accepted his voluntary entry into an alcohol "education" program, which he completed and no criminal record resulted from the incident.
The restraining order to which you refer was one of two filed at basically the same time, one from him against his ex, and vice-verse. Neither were arrested and no charges were filed. Neither ever hurt the other, at least not on any record that can be found anywhere.
That is the totality of Zimmerman's "record" before meeting Martin.
If someone does quote this, I might as well include an earlier post for him to consider:
