After the brief hearing, Zimmerman's attorney, Don West, told the Orlando Sentinel (George Zimmerman arrested in Lake Mary, charged with aggravated assault - Sun Sentinel) his client was arrested after allegedly throwing a wine bottle 'in the direction of' his girlfriend several days ago.

"No injuries, no contact, nothing that I'm aware of that led up to it. It's just one of those things that somehow brought us here," West told reporters.

"It's just one of those things?" Sounds like parents of criminals who commit violent crimes, "But he's always been such a good boy!"

TM stigma can't be shaken. Shame. Went through hell at the hands of our criminal CIC and AG, race-baiters and came-out a free man, only to have his personal life unravel around him because he has gone-off the deep end. Whatever demons he harbors now will land him behind bars. I don't feel sorry for him now, strangely enough. His deeds will be his undoing.

It's best his firearms are removed. That flying wine bottle could have killed his intended target.

Maybe...just maybe...he didn't throw it. Ever hear of a woman falsely claiming rape? Surely it is possible one could claim a wine bottle was thrown when it was not.

Yea, maybe just maybe, he was trying to throw the bottle in the trash from across the room and she was blocking the can.

Maybe, just maybe, he saw a spider on the wall and was afraid it might bite her so he threw the bottle to kill it.

"The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior". George has a bad past. On his way to a bad future. He has only himself to blame.

That is possible. It is also possible he did throw it. It is also possible that she'll refuse to press the charges and he'll be free to go without a trial. As has happened to him before. Problem is, he is starting to show a bad pattern. Much of it wouldn't even be newsworthy if it hadn't been for the shooting.

Considering Georgie's behavior after the TM incident he possibly admitted it. Remember when he did the re-enactment on video and called the prosecutor to explain? He doesn't know when to shut-up.

Howdy,

GZ's main problem is that he was raised believing that he was part of the "Elite" that was above the Law and could do whatever he wanted to do because his father's money and political influence would protect him.

GZ will continue to screw up until he's killed by someone or he does something that his father can not protect him from.

I don't know , or care what GZ's problems are. I'm just hoping to not hear about him again. The man caught a huge break and should have drifted away and led a quite life somewhere.

I think GZ's main problem is that he is a complete moron and his daddy's money has protected him for too long.

He's going down eventually. His true colors are pretty much revealed. Like Sten said, eventually he'll be killed or do something that can't be covered up. Too bad TM will never get justice, but at least GZ will eventually get removed as a threat.

New Form for the FL Coroner.

While I believe that GZ made a plethora of tactical mistakes that culminated in a confrontation that he could've easily avoided, there is zero evidence to support the contention that he started the fight. There is ample evidence to support the contention that he was on the bottom having his head slammed into the concrete sidewalk. The jury decided that the actions of TM justified the use of deadly force by GZ in self defense.

Others besides myself may wonder where you came up with the notion that Martin never got justice, and further wonder how you seemingly find "justice" in the idea that GZ may eventually be killed in an unrelated incident? GZ was tried and acquitted. That's all the justice TM was entitled to posthumously, and no unrelated incident that results in GZ being killed at the hands of another will provide any more justice for Trayvon Martin than our system of justice has already given him.

You have a very strange way of looking at things. Putting one's self in a position to be confronted and/or accosted is a mistake in tactics, but it's not illegal. As such, GZ can be said to be tactically responsible in a contributory manner for the confrontation happening, but he's not criminally responsible for saving his own life once his head started being bounced off the concrete. The jury agrees with me, which leaves your way of viewing it in the context of "justice" as pure, unadulterated sophistry.

I'm not trying to justify anything GZ has done but, I am curious to know whether or not he is suffering from some form of psychological stress. I wonder that if he is suffering from such a thing, whether it began prior to the TM incident or if it's one of the results of it. Again, I'm not justifying anything he's done but I know personally the many effects such things as taking another life can have on a person. I think some psychological treatment would be a good idea.

That wasn't the beginning of his legal problems though. He's had a restraining order on him from a previous girlfriend, been fired from a job for being hostile and aggressive, and arrested twice, once while violently resisting arrest... all before TM. If he got screwed up somewhere, it was definitely before TM.

Then I dare to presume that post TM, the issue would be compounded.
