I'm looking for a holster to carry while riding my motorcycle. Open to all sugestions must be accessable with left hand draw due to right hand on throttle. At this time I carry a Ruger SP101 .357, but am also looking at compact semi-autos.....
I wear the same setup MC riding as I do any other time...an IWB holster at the 4:00 position (and I usually carry a Glock 22). With my safety gear and oversize shirt, it can't be detected and I find it to be comfortable.

Bro this isnt die hard 2. This is the real world you dont have shoot outs while driving on a bike doing a buck 20 on the highway. Lol are you kidding?i gotta say this is were i hate movies. Everybody wants to be a badass cause they can legally carry.

I think a few of you missed his point. I wouldn't be shooting from the back of a motorcycle any more the I would be shooting out the window of my truck going down the road. I think his point was more about keeping it secured and concealed while on the road. I use my regular IWB right hand holster, but when I'm on a road trip on the bike I move it to my left side at about 10:30 position, in a cross draw. I've road many thousands of miles this way, it's very comfortable, and if the bike goes down I'm not landing on it.

This may seem off top[ic, but it really is about a holster. I saw an ad for a belly bandholster taht says it can handle small to medium frame autos. Iy may sdeem sort of stupid, but I have a Springfield XD40and no one can tell me if it is a medium or large frame auto. I want to try the belly band, but I don't want to have to buy it, only to find out my gun won't fit in it. Thnx.
