I just ordered a waistband holster from Crossbreed for my wife. I understand not wanting to buy 20 diffrent holsters to get one you like. They are a little pricey, about 70 bucks out the door. We just ordered it on Saturday so we do not expect it for a few weeks. I will let you know her experances with it once we get it. Sorry i cannot be of more help right now.

Hello and welcome to my profile page. I am no expert but am well trained. I shoot from the hip and tell it like it is. I am no Navy SEAL or a DELTA operator but have many years of experience under my belt to include 2 branches of the military and law enforcement (MP in Army, Correctional Officer and Federal Law Enforcement Officer). I am an old fart but still can get down and am known to work my weapons system at a local pistol (USPSA) match from time to time. I reload my own ammunition and have a Glock 35 with every bell and whistle I could buy. I love handguns and tactical training.

Thanks Sten. I just might take you up on the offer to visit Arkansas.. Funny how you can shoot someone who comes in your front yard in Texas but can carry-on your person.

I'm a local resident and I recently spoke to them about your comment and they would like to be kept on the down low in order to prevent any legal audits or unwanted attention. Mr. Mwhals, I'm real sorry to hear that you also lost a daughter at such a young age. I also lost my daughter when she was 12. She got struck by a car while crossing the street to get to her school bus stop. You can google her name. It's Ashley Lauren Maynard. She had her mother's last name. Anyway, she received so much head trauma that her brain couldn't recover from it and she passed away 8 days later. We donated her organs and she saved the lives of 5 people. I know you miss her every second of every day. I would suggest you find a support group called the Compassionate Friends. They are parents who lost a child, and I think it helps. As far as your permit, you'll know better next time. I don't know the open carry laws in Indiana, but maybe you can look into that. Take care Sir.

My friend is getting ready to renew his permit. The question came up about Alcohol and a couple years ago he had a DUI, will he be denied his permit now?
