WTK: States with Exceptions to school zones for picking up & dropping off students

Ok here's the deal.. I'm helping with possibly modifing state carry laws.. and I know back when packing.org was up that there were at least 2 states where I personally read that the states law regarding Firearms on School / Educational Property:
Most have the standard exceptions for "school supported activities, like gun smith, or CCW classes, or trap skeet team etc"

However 2 states had exceptions that were worded similar to:
"Parent/Guardins while picking up or dropping off students"

Can someone please point me to the states and statutes that are similarly worded.. USA Carry list basically where ya "can't have them".. I need the statute wording.. above for parents etc..

Thanks in advance

In SC we can't be armed but with a CWP we can have our firearms in the vehicle.

It is not an offense under this subsection (c) for a nonstudent adult to possess a firearm, if the firearm is contained within a private vehicle operated by the adult and is not handled by the adult, or by any other person acting with the expressed or implied consent of the adult, while the vehicle is on school property.

Missouri Revised Statute 571-107
Subsection(10) Any higher education institution or elementary or secondary school facility without the consent of the governing body of the higher education institution or a school official or the district school board. Possession of a firearm in a vehicle on the premises of any higher education institution or elementary or secondary school facility shall not be a criminal offense so long as the firearm is not removed from the vehicle or brandished while the vehicle is on the premises

CO you can CCW in your vehicle on school grounds but if you go into the school, you must leave the weapon in a compartment in the car and lock the vehicle.

"a child", that means it doesn't even have to be your own child.
