There are some nice set up y'all have here..for me, it is sorta like having an affair, I am very discrete..alot of times I carry, and sometimes I don't. My wife doesn't even know...no one knows but me (unless I am asked by a LEO but then it's been years since one asked)

Kahr - Mk40

I carry a Kahr MK40 in a Blade-Tech. IWB (Ultimate Concealment) holster at 8:00 O'Clock (I'm a confirmed lefty!). The little Kahr just disappears under only my tucked in shirt. I don't have to dress around the gun. Even my best friends have never noticed it. I would carry a .45 if I could hide the darned thing without wearing a jacket.

It's not the best gun I've ever fired, but quite adequate for a first-time carryer. It's affordable. I'm really hurting for a Sig P229, but she's really NOT affordable.

I have been carrying a Taurus M85 (.38 Special) for about a year and a half. I've been happy with it. I've been considering a Kahr PM9 or some other similar semi-auto. Anyone have any suggestions? I prefer something somewhat smaller. I was looking at the Taurus Millenium Pro compact but it still seemed a little bit too wide to carry all the time. It's always hard to tell just looking at it at a gun store without being able to carry it.

Bucho, I carried a Taurus pt140pro for a long time. I also have a Kahr cw9. The Kahr is defiantly easier to conceal because it's thinner. I never had a problem with the Taurus either though. In an IWB holster with an untucked shirt it hides well.

Thanks DrDavidM, I will have to look into the Kahr CW9 a little more. I saw a used one a while back at a gun store I was interested in...the new ones are just so expensive, I thought. Thanks again.

I currently carry a S&W M&P .40 with a S&W Model 36 as a backup sometimes. My previous carry gun was a Ruger Speed Six .357 witha 2 3/4" barrel. I still carry it occasionally.

Glock 27

I'm a bit weird. I bought a glock 27 a while back, put pierce grip extensions on the mags. I bought a Wolf 9mm barrel so that I could do some cheap practice. Well I ended up liking my control of the gun with the 9mm better than the .40, so now I carry the 27 with the 9mm barrel.

Depending on weather/clothing options, I currently carry either my Glock Model 30, Glock Model 39 or Kel-Tec P-32.

I always carry my Kahr CW9. Office days in a Defender belly band - and it all just disappears at 4 o'clock. When I'm in the field it goes in an Uncle Mikes nylon pancake-type holster usually under what my wife calls my "RamboVest".
I'm a field scientist and I actually use all those pockets...
S&W Model 65 (.357) or 915 in the glovebox.
