Wrcandrews, welcome to the forum. You can edit your avatar by clicking User CP at the left end of the black toolbar. From that screen, just scroll down until you see Edit Avatar in the left side column.

OK, In the Edit Avatar screen, you should find this:
You may upload a new custom image using the controls below.

Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website _____________________________________
Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer _________________________________________________
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

Find a picture you'd like to use. Make sure it meets the size requirement and still looks good. Enter the URL address, or select the file from your computer. If you want a picture from your computer, click the upload button once the file is selected.

wrcandrews, do a Google search for '100 X 100 avatars'. There are a lot of pre-made avatars available for free. You may find one that you like.
