Hello Everyone,
New member here from Bay Area, CA. I have a Utah CCW which covers me when traveling in many states, but at home, I can only carry in my house or camping, etc. Most of the Bay Area counties aren't really "may issue", but in reality they are "no issue". It's frustrating, but it will only get worse in this state.
I carry a 1911 (Colt Commander) or a Sig P238. For camping, I carry a Ruger SP 101 .357. I'm relatively new to carrying and I look forward to learning from you all....

I'm a Newbie from MN and I carry a Ruger LCP 380 and a Ruger 9mm I'm very pro 2nd Admendment too..

Hello all,
My name is Gene and I am excited to have found this forum. Looking forward to sharing ideas and experiences with everyone.
I am 57, married and retired from the Department of Defense. Although a gun owner, hunter and target shooter for over 35 years I know I always have much to learn and will never stop. My father is an NRA instructor and teaches Florida CCW classes.
My current EDC is a MILLENNIUM G2 9MM Polymer Grip Sub Compact with Hornady Critical Duty ammo carried in a custom IWB holster made by Cutt's Leather of Rochester NY.

Just joined and from the south bay area of California. Surprise!! there are a few permits granted here. Got my CCW about a year ago and still trying to ingest all the info. about what to carry and how to do it.
