Hi everyone. I just got my permit with a sporting restriction but here in the Boston area thats the way it goes. I'm now waiting for my gun club orientation, which is in November. Lots of waiting here, but I've been reading posts for a while and its been really informative and I know I'll have questions once i've started practicing.

hello from the great white north

Hello from Saskatchewan. Great forum here. Wish we had the right to carry sidearms as you do. Only place I can legally shoot my wheel guns is at the range.

Welcome aboard togojeff, glad you joined us. That s___ks that you can't Carry Legally
Any hopes that Canada will eventually allow Concealed Carry.

Once again glad you have joined us.

New guy from Oklahoma, I came across this place, did a lil reading and thought I might like to join up, so here I am. Lookin forward to posting and contributing.

Planning my trip to WV and stopped by here to verify what states my UT permit is good in (as soon as I cross the border I'm good to go)

Shotguns and hand guns are my thing. I've imbarked on never ending quest to find the ultimate in conceal carry. I thankyou you'all for allowing me to join your site and look forward to any advice.

Seven4Para,
Welcome aboard, glad you have joined us.
I'm also an Para fan. I carry the Para Hawg
.45 ACP

Not much of a Para fan but I do have a few of their guns. Seven 4 Para is the name of my training company :) I think their manufacturing quality has dropped quite a bit over the years.

Some freinds and I were discussing the slim hawg just the other day. Accuracy with a 3" barrel and a .45 did'nt go well with the distance I was looking for. That's the problem, distance with accuracy in the 75 to 100 range yet concealable on a person with out having to were a suit or heavy clothing. "let's say in a boot for instance or undergarment holsters"
