Ball, M1906
This cartridge is used against personnel and unarmored targets, and can be identified by its silver-colored bullet. The M1906 has a 9.7 g (150 grain) projectile and flat base. Its jacket is a cupro-nickel alloy which was found to quickly foul the bore
What is the head stamp date? It looks like the Ball, M1906. Link Removed I have some with a 1918 head stamp, although in very bad shape.

Necroposting to post bad information ... WOW!Three things to consider: the age of this ammo and it's corrosive as all get out and that zinc like coating welds it's self to the bore. It's not for shooting use it for display and save yourself mucho grief.
