A clear case of justified use of deadly force imho.

A horrifying assault in the heart of Greenwich Village has left a Massachusetts man fighting for his life.
Kevin McCarron, 24, was repeatedly bashed & beaten with a tire iron, baseball bat and blackjack and stomped in the head repeatedly by a gang of scumbag thugs in the middle of MacDougal St. early Sunday morning, police and witnesses said.
Cops eventually busted 24-year-old "Hatem Farsakh" of Brooklyn, who was then later arraigned on charges of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
Numerous helpless onlookers were horrified by the extremely savage attack. “I started screaming for someone to call the police,” said a 25-year-old woman who captured the incident on video. “It was hard to watch.”
Unfortunately for the victim, as usual, when seconds counted the police were too many minutes away.

If that attack would have happened in the great state of Texas and if I was the victim in that video the outcome would have been far different believe me. There would have been plenty fo muzzleflash coming from my end.

Hatem was probably drinking one of those large ounce sugary sodas and was the victim of HSAA--"high sugar anger anxiety". I understand that Napoleon Bloomberg and the ACLU will protect his rights. The current resident in the whitehouse will also support him like he supported that poor victim in Florida and tell us what a good boy Hatem is and would just love to have a son like him; his mama and auntie already have said he is a "good boy".

Good ol new york. They'll shoot at you for feeding a homeless man, try to stab you for holding a door open and refuse to use their weapons to help you when your head is being smashed in. They'll stand there and record it on their cellphones and tell 5-0 they didn't see nothing before going to some coffee shop and putting it on youtube. I bet it's on youtube.

Glad i left. F yall.
