I hope it won't stand too, and I guess I'm about 50/50 on whether or not I think it will, but to my way of thinking a judgment like that, holding a third party financially responsible for the actions of another, comes well after the "finishing touches" of national disintegration have already occurred. This country is already toast.

Consider what changes in society, nay... in the very psyche of the population, have had to occur in order to have a socialist make it all the way to being a major political party candidate for President and consider what changes have happened for a large amount of people to hope that socialist will win.

This country isn't toast... it is way past that and now all that is left of the greatest experiment in freedom is ashes that will soon be blown away by the winds of History.

With our lib courts today I believe it will stand. If they take this all the way to SCOTUS the gun shop will lose! This will be the new front to stop anyone from selling guns to anyone, at least legally! Because the ambulance chasing parasite lawyers will sue the pants off every gun shop and this will cause their insurance rates to go through the roof. Bottom line, no gun dealers, FFLs and in the end no gun manufactures!!!

I hope and pray I am wrong! There was a time, not that long ago, I would have poo-pooed this but today, I do not put anything past the current POS in our courts, gubments and other so-called "leaders"!!!!

If these background checks that you run for the government are so good, what would you think of holding the FFL that runs them liable for any crimes committed by guns that went through them?
We PAY you to make sure the person we sell a firearm to is safe, you should stand behind your work.
 
During the lib-o-rat debate Hillary said that gun manufactures should be held responsible for what a gun does! :rolleyes:

Next we will be able to hold the spoon and fork manufactures liable for making people fat!! :wacko:

Well of course when criminals know there is a law requiring them to get a background check to legally buy a firearm, they'll just quit trying thereby saving the world so that unicorns and leprechauns can frolic freely and without fear. Universal background checks is an unenforcable law that is based on individuals choosing to get checks. Apparently you believe in the innate honor and integrity of rapists, thieves and murderers. But, of course, those of us who oppose them are the naive ones.

Just know when I'm fighting for freedom when the next revolution hits if I run into I for sure will declare you an enemy because you are part of the problem in this country. For the past 3 years I've met the nicest people not robots like you. If you would have come to me I'm pretty sure I would have made sure that the FBI would reject your application and I would make sure that your appeal would be denied. It seems to me you are unhinged and not able to face reality.

So, according to the idiot quoted above, he will kill someone who opposes these infringing "laws" as an enemy of freedom..... yet, HE has proven time and time again, in nearly every post he has ever written on this forum, that HE WANTS MORE INFRINGEMENTS AND IS PROUD OF UPHOLDING THE CURRENT INFRINGEMENTS, IN FACT HE EARNS HIS LIVING BY CHARGING PEOPLE MONEY TO OBEY THOSE SAME INFRINGEMENTS.....

Are all you people stupid. Do any of you have anything passed a high school diploma? Or a GED? Because what you people are portraying is Anarchy not Democracy. What you're saying is going back to the wild west type of lifestyle. I for one would not look forward for that not because I wouldn't deal with it it's because the masses are ignorant to most everything and to put a gun on their hips.

Gee, have you read the Constitution? What part of "shall not be infringed" do you not understand? As for the "wild west type of lifestyle", it was safer than most all the inner cities today. Is that what you are calling for? It appears that you are not really equipped to be calling others ignorant.
