The Heller decision included wording that a handgun was best suited for home defense. At some point have they violated the second amendment.

When I was a little boy there was a really nice man who owned a small paint store. His name was Morris Zeger. He would hug me when I went there with my dad. We has parents need to teach the future generations about these crucial events that happened in the world. Children are not learning this in school. This why children think it's ok for A Non~ gun society. I wonder how many kids don't know. I bet the numbers would be terrifying.

I loved the segment on Fox where Jesse Waters went to top campuses and asked who won the civil war. The most common answer was "America." Then he asked what happened on 12/7/1941. No one knew. So they've already forgotten the murder of 6 million Jews. It's bolstered by the guy who walked around campus wearing a yamaka. He was met with taunts of "go home Jew." We're doomed.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is often referred to as the Ninth Circus Court. It and the Sixth Circuit are the 2 most overruled courts in the Federal System. While disappointing, the decision is hardly surprising.

Yet this is the same court that ruled correctly in Peruta. Sometimes they get it right.
Now let's see if the en banc hearing goes the same way.
Back to original topic - microstamping. Yeah, like that'll ever help solve a crime.
Oh, I forgot, it's not about crime solving, it's about saving the children.
So let me rephrase. Microstamping, it won't stop one single child from being shot.

We have a clock at the shop that the battery died in. So I set it for 3:59. The owner as why I set it at that time. My reply," because it is one minute till I quit working too." :biggrin:
I'll likely be in two different state's courts this month so I'll get to see if either one gets it right in the cases before them. One of them involves a felon on probation, with guns.
