Gun control at it's finest. The courts no longer ruler on the order of law. It's more about politics. No crime will ever be prevented with micro stamping. Elite progressive liberals are so much smarter then the rest of us. They have such big hearts and good intention. The serfs need to roll over and take it. :sarcastic:

Especially in California! However, I see a future judge changing the ruling in their courts...this always goes one way and the other. Time will tell.

There is not a single firearm with microstamping on the market at this moment. The CA handgun roster is dropping more and more firearms as they are not getting re-certified. Note that in addition to Ruger and S&W, Glock stopped submitting new models to the CA handgun roster years ago, as the certification process involves costs. Gen 4 Glocks, as well as, the .380 ACP Glock 42 and Glocks made in the USA are not available in CA. As far as I know, the microstamping law only affects semi-autos.

As for revolvers, CA has also its own view on those that can chamber the .410 shotshell and classifies them, in contrast to federal law, as short-barreled shotguns.
The Heller decision included wording that a handgun was best suited for home defense. At some point have they violated the second amendment.

Yeah he did. All Jews, on there way or when they got to the camps were given a number tattooed on the inside of their left forearm.
When I was a little boy there was a really nice man who owned a small paint store. His name was Morris Zeger. He would hug me when I went there with my dad. One day he had his arm around me and I noticed he had numbers on his arm and asked him what it was. He didn't answer. Just smiled. My dad later explained it to me. That was the day I learned about Hitler.

We has parents need to teach the future generations about these crucial events that happened in the world. Children are not learning this in school. This why children think it's ok for A Non~ gun society. I wonder how many kids don't know. I bet the numbers would be terrifying.

I loved the segment on Fox where Jesse Waters went to top campuses and asked who won the civil war. The most common answer was "America." Then he asked what happened on 12/7/1941. No one knew. So they've already forgotten the murder of 6 million Jews. It's bolstered by the guy who walked around campus wearing a yamaka. He was met with taunts of "go home Jew." We're doomed.

Did you ever watch the bit, "Jaywalking" when Jay Leno was host of The Tonight Show?

If you did, you already know we're screwed.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is often referred to as the Ninth Circus Court. It and the Sixth Circuit are the 2 most overruled courts in the Federal System. While disappointing, the decision is hardly surprising.

Yet this is the same court that ruled correctly in Peruta. Sometimes they get it right.

Now let's see if the en banc hearing goes the same way.

Back to original topic - microstamping. Yeah, like that'll ever help solve a crime.

Oh, I forgot, it's not about crime solving, it's about saving the children.

So let me rephrase. Microstamping, it won't stop one single child from being shot.

At least our loving reps can say they tried!

While you are correct that sometimes they get it right, you need to put it perspective with the following.

Even a clock that does not run is right twice a day!!!!

We have a clock at the shop that the battery died in. So I set it for 3:59. The owner as why I set it at that time. My reply," because it is one minute till I quit working too."

I'll likely be in two different state's courts this month so I'll get to see if either one gets it right in the cases before them. One of them involves a felon on probation, with guns.
