I suggest you do a little research on the word illegal. We (the American people) have allowed hundreds of laws to be placed on the books that go directly against the constitution. Attacking me, does nothing to fix the damage done or prevent it from happening again. The Supreme Court hasn't struck down the federal laws on controlled substances, maybe... just maybe, it really is illegal.

We all should reconize there is a difference in two simular but distinct plants, marijuana & hemp. My personal opinion of M users is they are dopers. The effects of smoking the stuff is a little different for everyone, just like a shot of whisky effects people differently. I would say drinking alcohol or doing M should make it against the law to carry a handgun. Period. In my state, the blood alcohol level to CC must be .000. That is how it should be. M should also be .000 to CC. M is a schedule 1 hallucinogenic drug. For pot smokers to say it is ok to smok the stuff and carry a gun is like asking a shoplifter if stealing should be leagle or do they want to go to jail?
On the plant called Hemp, the 100 precent reversal of current law should happen today. It's industrial and medical uses should be leagle and not tied to its cousin M. Hemp oil does not make one buzzed, gives no high feeling at all, but does work as a wonderful treatment for many diseases. I would love to see farmers growing Hemp again. Hemp has a thousand and one uses, all good, that would be good for farmers and our economy.
This thread goes a long long long ways into figuring out the dope mentality side of several posters in this forum. Very eye opening.

They are the SAME EFFING PLANT FAMILY and BOTH have THC, PERIOD...... the so-called "medicinal" crap you are talking about is the THC (tetrahydrocannabinol, which I am sure I just miss-spelled terribly) which is the SAME SUBSTANCE which causes the "high" you claim isnt in the "hemp" yet it works so well according to you....

Actually it was just me. That's what I think of people like you, you are not an ally to freedom or liberty...or maybe you just want to restrict the 1st amendment too. Not surprising, with the username N R A, it make sense.
You should keep telling everyone why marijuana is a schedule 1 drug, its a good laugh with how uneducated you are on drug schedules.

How many friggin ways do you want to give teenagers to harm or kill themselves or even perhaps you or your family when they slam a 3,000 pound automobile into your group as they cross the street.
