I'll take the PF9 keltec, with the .22lr conversion unit from Twisted Industries. There's lots more need/use for a pocket gun than for some big, heavy clunk that nobody actually ccw's very much, if at all.. Even the military, 60 + years ago, not concerned with ccc, developed the lw Commander. In hot weather, the gov't model is too much, and in bad weather, you have to fight thru the outer coat and your concealing garment, so much for 'fast draw".
even if I start 'hands at sides", I can beat such a belt gun draw, using a little 9 mm in a front pants pocket. and in nasty weather, where are your hands likely to be, hmm? certainly, nobody is going to notice if your hands are in your pockets! that's about a full 1.5 seconds (7 hits on target) of advantage, in bad weather.
