S&W M&P 9c which is not the exact same gun as the S&W M&P 9.
Well, as those who have carried for a long time might have guessed, a mouse gun (Ruger LCP) is the most carried weapon by the members, followed by Glocks, and then the 1911s. But the 1911s were first to post, taking an early lead before the LCP and Glock folks got around to casting their votes.

I carry either the Ruger SR9 or SR9c as a primary everyday, it is mostly just a mood thing as to which one but the "c" always goes at night as it has the Laserlyte sights on it.
For a BUG it is either the Sig P238 or the Walther PPK.
My SP-101 is what I call a "Quick Access" gun and stays in the vehicle, this way I can leave my carry guns in their place and still have something that I can get to very quickly while driving.
I dont look forward to having to explain all that to any LEO's so I drive like a good boy. Our local LEA's are very permit friendly anyway so I am pretty sure the officer would not freak out over someone having 3 guns on them.
I rigged up a nice holster in my soccer moms van for this purpose but with my Ranger pick-up there simply isnt the room for such a thing so the SP is simply stuck between the seats and covered with a ball cap. And then of course locked up when I leave the vehicle.

Sorry but I disagree with guns being left in vehicles at night even though locked. Consider the consequences of someone breaking into the car and coming into possession of a weapon with your name on it (through registration and/or police reports) and what they might use it for. Consider also the legal/civil ramifications if the weapon is used against someone and it is revealed that it was stored in your vehicle. As easy as it is to get into a vehicle without damaging it, it would be hard to prove you had not left it unlocked and therefore easy pickings for someone and coupled with vicarious liabilty for you.

Sorry I guess it sounded wrong.
My SP is only left in the vehicle when I am out and about.
It is then locked in a lock box that is double cabled to both of the the seat bases and the lock box is in a locking console when I am in my van.
Van door lock+console lock+double cables on a locked box, not perfect but it is going to take some time to steal. I am pretty confident of that set up.
As for the truck it is only in a double cabled lock box under the seat, that is the best I can do in the truck. But once I am home it comes inside, I never leave it in the vehicle over night. I also dont always have the 3rd gun....mostly yes but not always and lately less and less when in the truck for those very security reasons.
I just recently (sep) bought the truck from my dad to help him out as he can no longer drive and I have been utterly frustrated with the lack of room and options for security in it, neither the console or the glove box even locks in that thing. I expect to trade it in a few months for a full size truck and will then be able to buy a console type safe that will fit.
But No Sir I would not even consider leaving anything of value in a vehicle around these parts, much less one of my tools. even the thought of such makes me queasy. Our little city stays in the top 15 or 20 of per capita violent crime and we are only a city of a tad less than 70K.

I do carry a SR40 but my other two were not listed, a Walther PPS40 and a Springfield XD45C.

No place on there for my Rock Island Armory 1911CSP or my Steyr S9. I wonder how much more popular the 1911 platform would be in your poll if the choices were not limited to the Colt, Kimber, and Springfield models.
I love both my Rock 1911CSP and my Steyr S9. Both are carried on a frequent basis depending upon weather and clothing for a given day. Steyr is now importing their handguns again so they may become better represented as people rediscover these fine, reliable, and well-designed handguns.

Have been carrying my Bersa .380 lately. It is an older one with custom grips. I like how it feels and can shoot it pretty accurately. :biggrin:
Springfield Armory XD-40SC as my EDC. I occasionally carry my XD-40 Service (4"), but that's really rare.

Colt Defender in .45 ACP. The Defender is an Officer sized 1911.
Para-Ordinance P13-45 (.45 ACP). The P13 is a Commander sized 1911 with a high-capacity magazine (13 rounds).

Unless Smith & Wesson has duplicated model numbers, a model 39 is not a Chief's Special. A model 39 was S&W's first semi-auto pistol in 9mm which was adopted and made famous by the Michigan State Police. A Chief's special is, usually a .38 spec 2" bbl (sometimes a 3: bbl) revolver. The two are very dissimilar.
