Thanks

Hopefully you have a "pocket holster" for your firearm when you "...just stick one in my pocket."
Part of the purpose of a holster is to protect the trigger from things that might jam it and cause it to malfunction...

So THAT'S the holster's purpose! I was wondering about that.:dirol:

Favorite Holster

I have an Uncle Mikes I use for quick outings and around the farm, but I prefer my DeSantis Tuck-This® II for my 92FS;I love the fact I get the option of the extra mag,so IF i don't wish to take my double mag holder with me,I will always have a little extra piece of mind.
I WISH that SOMEONE would start to manufacture holsters for my FNP-45.
I find it very cumbersome that the holster & mag holder can ONLY
be belt mounted....guess I have no choice but to find a shoulder rig !!

Kykuit,
Try the Kholster. Very similar to the Crossbreed type of holster and is VERY comfortable, even in our 105-110 deg. weather that we have had here for the past 10 days or so...
You can send the owner of Kholster a message and see if they make the holster for your pistol, if not, he may be able to 'custom' make the holster for you. [email protected]
(If you do decide to get one, let me know and I'll give you a discount code to get a 10% discount on the price, and shipping is free!)

I carry a Glock 26 in a Crossbreed Supertuck Deluxe. A quality made, comfortable holster! Very easy to draw and re-holster. You can't go wrong with a crossbreed!

As a former Marine grunt I had to wear a lot of uncomfortable gear, having said that I have tried out the new crossbreed holster. They are right about it being the ugliest holster that you will ever love.

I've carried with the SmartCarry for years and I don't notice it most of the time. Even when I crawl under houses or end up in the attic it works great!

I really like my Comptac Minotaur MTAC. I have used it with a Kel-tec PF-9 and a Smith M&P40. The only drawback is retention is not as good as with a full leather holster.

I voted for the CrossBreed SuperTuck Deluxe, but my favorite, the DeSantis TuckThis II, wasn't listed.:fie:

I carry a Ruger LCP in a pocket and if i have a shirt that i ware shirt tail out i will carry a Glock 23.

Don Hume IWB and OWB, both excellent quality and afordable, want to try the Crossbreed Super Tuck

How about None of The Above. I prefer a Blackhawk Serpa with paddle. Since I wear a vest any time I leave the house it works perfectly for me. I do have a Crossbreed Supertuck Deluxe for some occasions but not that often.

same - I prefer the comfort and security of the retention holster.

I have found that the Fobus brand holsters are very poorly made and would not recommend them at all.

I'd have to disagree in general. I've had mine two years, carry it almost daily and it's still in the same condition as the day I purchased it. Very rugged. Of course, that could be the particular model I purchased as I carry a Kimber UC and it's small and somewhat light. (KM3) I would agree with you on such models as the Roto. Likewise, I would not use a Fobus for larger frames either, only due to weight. 1/2 piece models are pretty resilient IMO.

I voted for the CrossBreed SuperTuck Deluxe. I carry a full sized XD-45 and with the crossbread you don't even know its there.
