What do you guys do for a living?

No but got first chance to get rare coins a couple of times.I worked as a driver for a while.

Oldest daughter also has CCW works at Tractor supply N she saves all the oddball money she comes across, to date she has a 1951 $50 dollar bill in near mint, several either blank or partially cut, stamped coins in all denominations, a quarter with the extra corn on it, and a completely un-plated penny, along with all the silver coins that some customers use. One gal came in and paid for her order with several rolls of silver quarters N she bought them all from the register.:pleasantry:

I run a small electronics manufacturing company. We design and build a lot of microprocessor based instruments and devices. We do contract manufacturing and prototyping as well as PCB layout and design.

If anyone needs some work done in these areas let me know. I could use the extra work to pay for more guns and ammo.

Working as a security guard at a check cashing store, I come across unusual coins all the time. I just throw all of them in an old hair grease container on the dresser.

I work in IT for the State of Florida. I'm also neck-deep into politics and am a freelance writer for local magazines.

My most useful skill though is probably being able to find you the very best price on college textbooks. I brokered textbook sales for a while and made more than I did actually working at the bookstore itself.

Telecommunication Engineer. I work with Voice over IP systems. I have a strong back ground in data networking/Microsoft Windows Seervers. My peers at the office have a strong background in legacy TDM/Analog telephony. We put our heads together to provide Enterprise class communication services for a medium sized contact center, and regular business users.

Laid Off Conrols Engineer. A Special version of an Electrician.. I ain't gota clue how to do a 3-way. I do Special Automation and Robotic integration.. Sorry

Also, I'm now brokering gift cards. If you have a card you don't need any more, or would like a discounted gift card, let me know. I have some good deals on Talbots (women's clothing), Abercrombie and Fitch, Marshalls, etc.

Network engineer with Motorola for 24 years, now retired. But I still work part-time for Lowe's in the electrical department. I also develop Web sites at Itzazu.Com, and sell Web space and domain names at Link Removed.

I was a corporal for a rural Arizona Sheriff's department when I had RK to reduce the weight of my eyeglasses, as I considered them a hazard. The operation did not go well, leaving me night blind and with pronounced star effects around lights at night. I had to leave the department and give up my berth with the local Volly fire dept. I ended up working as Lead Security Supervisor at a homeless shelter in California, where I was injured on the job in a fight with a former Marine jacked up on PCP. I have been disabled since 1992, on SSDI. I am applying to the Lacey Senior Patrol, as I have a lot of training and experience they can utilize, and help me feel useful again.

Currently a security officer by day, and a bouncer by night. With the state of the economy this might not be such a good idea, but I'm nevertheless considering a career change. I just don't feel safe doing what I'm doing.

i am a tablegames dealer at a local casino

Not a good market to be in with the state of today's housing market, is it?

Funny, did you not see where I said NOT Realty? I work for a DoD contractor, maintainig inventory and maintenance records for any specialized tooling loaned to us by the government or another contractor. (If the Army has 15 powerplant stands sitting in a base warehouse sitting idle, and we need one for a contracted effort, the bid price can be negotiated to allow a stand to be lent. This reduces storage costs to the government, utilizes existing inventory and reduces the cost from the contractor)
