hey DALE, can you not OC in your state? i know there are a few you can't (sorry for you guys)

just a note the PPP and the CHP in NC negates the background check. some shops still do it but most don't

Research it more. Go to the open carry sections here or opencarry.org and see how being targeted is one of the worst firearm myths.
