Supreme Court decision

Apparently the Supreme Court decided yesterday that the FCC's prohibitions on swearing and nudity on TV were not legal. With everything else that has more importance in front of them, this seems like a huge waste of time. On the other hand though it may pay off by making "The View" a radio show. Being flashed by Whoopee or Joy might be too much for any audience.

That's not quite correct What the court said is the FCC can't fine a network for something that happens in a live broadcast such as an awards show or sporting event because they have know way of knowing what might happen and they can't fine affiliates for network shows but they can still have rules against swearing and nudity.

reminds me of that superbowl halftime show when janets nipple was exposed ..another deliberate charade to distract folks from real and more important issues going on at the time

Just image Hillary giving a press interview nude....

Yep that about does it for me!
