Former Tennessee State Trooper, James "Randy" Moss, was charged with 10 counts stemming from a sexual encounter with a porn actress in May 2007.
LEBANON, Tenn. - A Tennessee State Trooper -- who resigned earlier this year after receiving oral sex from a porn star during a traffic stop -- was arrested hit with a number of charges.
Authorities arrested James "Randy" Moss on Tuesday after a grand jury indicted him on 10 charges, including tampering with evidence, official misconduct and official oppression -- stemming from an incident in May when Moss made a traffic stop on Justis Richert, a porn actress who goes by the name "Barbie Cummings."
Richert claimed that she told the trooper she made "dirty movies" and that the two even watched videos inside Moss' patrol car. She claimed she then performed oral sex on the trooper so that he wouldn't cite her for possession of a controlled substance -- which Moss allegedly threw into the bushes prior to receiving the sex act.
Richert has said that she did not intend for Moss to get into trouble and that he incriminated himself by "bragging" about the encounter to friends. The trooper even reportedly took pictures and video clips of the sex act, which Richert posted on her website.

Even though Moss did not cite Richert for drug possession, he did write her a $180 speeding ticket.
Richert later said she never intended for her "favor" to get her out of the speeding ticket, but simply thought it would make for a good story on her website.
Moss, who resigned from the Tennessee Highway Patrol in May, was released on $2,500 bond. His attorney, Jack Lowery Sr., said he plans "to enter a plea of not guilty to all the counts."
Since the allegations became public, more women have come forward to complain about alleged inappropriate behavior by Moss. Prosecutors have said some of the women complained that Moss asked to see their breasts when he stopped them.
happened last year but still funny as hell.
