HOUSTON --

A Houston police officer was relieved of duty, accused of using his badge to sexually harass women, KPRC Local 2 reported Tuesday.

Huy Chi Tran, 32, is charged with oppression and harassment.

At least six women claim that after Tran pulled them over for traffic stops, they received several calls from him asking them out on dates, investigators said.

In exchange, Tran would offer to dismiss their tickets, according to the Harris County District Attorney's Office.

Prosecutors are looking for more possible victims. Call 713-755-8330 with any information.

Tran was sworn in as an HPD officer in December 2001.

Not a very bright character. :nono: I wonder what this guy looks like.

If he gets convicted on federal charges, a very real possibility, he will have lots of dates. :haha:

Sorry to say, they will most likely be with bigger, badder and meaner guys than him, and he will be the "receiver". The "giver" will be what is euphamisticly referred to as Bubba. In short, don't drop the soap in the shower.

What a piece of trash. I won't even feel sory for him when his fate befalls him.

There was a local officer here that would go to the "gentlemens clubs" and wait for the girls to leave and tell them that if they didnt go home with him for the night he would arrest them for drinking and driving. 8 girls turned him in. He was relieved of his duties and I think thats all that happened.

I would prefer to call him the "catcher," and Bubba the "pitcher." Either way, I'm just happy to see that he got caught and can't keep doing this.

LOL think thats bad this one is even better, He does the sex act with the pron star and then tells every one he works with about it asks her to post the photos on her web site.

Former Tennessee State Trooper, James "Randy" Moss, was charged with 10 counts stemming from a sexual encounter with a porn actress in May 2007.

LEBANON, Tenn. - A Tennessee State Trooper -- who resigned earlier this year after receiving oral sex from a porn star during a traffic stop -- was arrested hit with a number of charges.

Authorities arrested James "Randy" Moss on Tuesday after a grand jury indicted him on 10 charges, including tampering with evidence, official misconduct and official oppression -- stemming from an incident in May when Moss made a traffic stop on Justis Richert, a porn actress who goes by the name "Barbie Cummings."

Richert claimed that she told the trooper she made "dirty movies" and that the two even watched videos inside Moss' patrol car. She claimed she then performed oral sex on the trooper so that he wouldn't cite her for possession of a controlled substance -- which Moss allegedly threw into the bushes prior to receiving the sex act.

Richert has said that she did not intend for Moss to get into trouble and that he incriminated himself by "bragging" about the encounter to friends. The trooper even reportedly took pictures and video clips of the sex act, which Richert posted on her website.

Even though Moss did not cite Richert for drug possession, he did write her a $180 speeding ticket.

Richert later said she never intended for her "favor" to get her out of the speeding ticket, but simply thought it would make for a good story on her website.

Moss, who resigned from the Tennessee Highway Patrol in May, was released on $2,500 bond. His attorney, Jack Lowery Sr., said he plans "to enter a plea of not guilty to all the counts."

Since the allegations became public, more women have come forward to complain about alleged inappropriate behavior by Moss. Prosecutors have said some of the women complained that Moss asked to see their breasts when he stopped them.

happened last year but still funny as hell.

pitching or catching it doesn't matter, he's still going to get it worse when they find out he was a LEO...

That badge will get you a woman but that woman will take that badge. Being an LEO I can tell you this is the quickest way to lose your job! What an idiot!!!
