Looks good bro... I'm not much of a fan of having anything bright and shiny on my weapons... Other than a Surefire that is...

The barrel sits so low down in the slide where I don't half to worry about any sunlight glare. So I like it. Only took a few hours the shine is so nice you could floss in that barrel ha ha

In the old days of Law Enforcement (1970's) we would take our nickole revolvers and use Semichrome on them....Unreal how shinny they would become....Once we got smarter we did not want shinny guns....We were lucky enough to get older and learn better...Nothing gives you away at night as much as shinny revolver!

If you have a display item or just a range weapon that is nickle you will not find anything better to make her shine!

Matte finish Nickle or Stainless isn't bad. But you wouldn't want to use my S&W 645 for carry or the Colt Silver Star 45 either. Indoor ranges are fine though.

I carry a stainless Warthog.....Can't help but remember how my Python could be used as a mirror......
