Thank you for the refresher, made me go look it up! either the SDA instructor I had got it wrong, or the law has changed, either way, I have re-read it, from front to back which is always a good thing to do. Again, thank you for the refresher. I would not go out of my way to shoot or kill anyone. But I am capable. I agree, if my family was safe, and we could make it out, so much the better. If it is just me, I would probably get the heck out of there, just so I can vote out some liberal democrats in Nov!

I think the law changed when they passed the "Stand your ground" law last year. You're right about it being a good idea to give it a once over every so often.
