I have been doing some research and have yet to figure out what the Occupy Wall Street - Oakland - Boston - ....... protests are all about. I know they are supposedly just the frustrated 99% protesting the wealthy 1% but just what are they wanting any one to do abou it? Other than just having a mass sleep-in along with free food and not having to work but sit around all day blogging on their macbook is there any real stated goals and of this bunch? I would appreciate any insight so possibly I could help if I were to agree with them.

Dunno? But by pointing to go to your local retailers,banks ect...Alot of ppl have. If you go to your local credit union instead of a big bank. No fees or only $5 to open an account balance. No debit fees ect. The big Bank like Chase decide not to add a debit fee of $5 a month. They make over a billion a year on profit before adding that fee. So support the local guys and buy USA made when you can. Most rick are rich because they earn it but support the companies that employ Americas. To many loops hole in the tax system. But since the ppl who make the tax are are rich from all sides. Were pretty much screwed anyways???

Cut me a slice, yo! Guess I missed out on the first couple of weeks when one of Soros's groups was offering up to $600/wk to go to NY and get camera time. You know, show the misinformed CNN watching latte sippers protesting against "injustice". Do they not dig deep enough to follow the money? Hell, they only dig deep enough to get the three second sound bite ABC gives pretending that if you have money you are evil.
As for me, I'm gunna occupy the white house as they have been giving millions and millions of our tax dollars to some of his like minded fat cats via "bail outs" and "jobs" and such. You know, like to the big unions that turn around and give campaign contributions to our illustrious Obamao and other lefty cronies along with funding big time ad campaigns for them. How about the fact that big business makes lots of jobs. If they are allowed to profit and profit well they grow and hire more people.
Here's a kicker, I just read about: Many, many small and medium sized company's that are usually the engine that hire people (create jobs, yo) are sitting on thier hands and thier cash as they do not yet know the full impact that Obama-noncare will have on them and any of thier employees. Government is the biggest stumbling block, and always has been, via over-regulation and over-taxation, to job growth and better economy. ...Care to guess what turned a fairly significant recession into the great depression? Hmmmm?

This seems to be part of the Cloward-Piven Strategy that called for the U.S. public welfare system to be overloaded in order to precipitate such a crisis as we have now. They called for a replacement of the welfare system with a national system of "a guaranteed annual income and thus an end to poverty." This has been purported to be part of the Pied Piper's plan for changing the country to the way he wants it. These knuckleheads that are "occupying" are playing right into his plan. They are like lemmings. None of the protestors that I have seen interviewed on TV have any idea of why they are out there. The unions, however, are using their usual "thug" tactics in stirring up the problem and paying people to demonstrate and threaten those who would speak against them. It amazes me to see how easily these people have been fooled and to think what the eventual outcome might be. I agree that the large banks and corporations have been driven by greed and have soaked us too much over the years, however, the government has been complicit in it by allowing it to happen. Too many politicians have been (and are still) in bed with them, to include the Pied Piper, and have soaked us as badly. We need to start thinking with our heads and elect people who put the nation ahead of personal gain. Are there any out there?

They should be marching on Washington, pushing for laws that reward productivity so there will be more money for the all caring democrats to have at their disposal to shell out to the nonproductive occupy crowd.

Why is it that every time someone says that we're screwed or there's no way out, someone has to ask,or start accusing them of giving up? Really, just because someone has the "intelligence" to recognize the truth doesn't mean that there willing to give up. Ever heard of the Alamo? It may not do any good to resist and go into battle, but it doesn't mean we're not going to go down fighting and take as many of them with us as we can in the process. "Give me liberty or give me death", remember? Whether it's global or national, everything is going to get worse, nothing is going to get better. Like I've said before, be it the secular view or the Biblical view, both coincide with current events on every level and degree of perplexity, including the time frame. Admitting that we're screwed doesn't mean we give up, it just means that we're not ignorant or just plain stupid. There's a big difference between negative thinking and facing the facts of reality.

The capitalists will never go away. There will always be money to be made if you work hard for it. The question is paid or not, how long will these occupiers stay? How long will they last? How long will the financiers of this stupidity give away their hard earned money to support these people?
I heard from Rush the other day that the cooks who were supposed to be distributing food to these beggars do not want to give to them anymore. What if this last until next November a day after the election, after they (the beggars) had voted for the illustrious one? What will happen to them day after when the supply suddenly run out? Who will they curse next? What will they do next? Just thinking out loud...
