Hi I just joined, and have never fired a gun, but a friend of mine got me interested in hunting, so to prepare for the next hunting season i need to get a gun and learn how to fire one.

Where are you located? Some nice inexpensive hunting rifles can be had from a number of sources. Since you have a friend that introduced you to hunting and shooting, he could be a good way to break into the sport.

Just wanted to say hello and thanks to all who make this site possible.

I am a former U.S. Marine and Viet Nam veteran. My favorite weapon in the Corp was my M48 tank, but since I'm not able to have one of those I stick to my ARs. I also collect WWII rifles and shoot them as often as I can.
