Daley's Attorneys Are Out of Their League

King Richard the Fascist is fighting the rong battle. Given McDonald, the battle now is not about guns, but involves a legal concept called Strict Scrunity. According to Wilpedia -

To pass strict scrutiny, the law or policy must satisfy three prongs:

First, it must be justified by a compelling governmental interest.
