I've used Glock mags that were fully loaded for over 10 years and they worked flawlessly. Most articles I've read say that magazine springs are more likely to wear out from repeated cycling than they are from constant compression. Don't know if that's true, but my experience has been good with magazines loaded for extended periods.
Do springs fail if you have the magazines loaded with a full capacity, all of the time? Is there a time period that you give those springs a "Rest"? What are your recommendations?
Is it best to leave one or two out of a magazines full capacity? Or is this another icon from the past that has been taught to me but is wrong?
well witch magazines brand you talking about?
