Wrong. It is trespassing the moment you cross that line with your uninvited gun. Just because you hid it from view doesn't make anything less than trespassing.

Your pistol was not invited hence it is trespassing on another's property and if caught, THEN you may be fined or even jailed.
That sure would help gun rights huh?
