But the short answer is "YES", If the VA finds that a veteran needs a fiduciary appointed then they may lose their Second Amendment right.

I agree that was the intent. But as Jefferson feared the judiciary had the most potential for corruption. I think we are seeing that happen to vets.

Congress can impeach , put aside Supreme Court decisions and do a lot. They are useless. They need to just tell the VA stop it.
