Anyone Else havinh private message problems?

I've recieved 2 private messages since I've been here and been unable to open either one. Is this happening to anyone else?

Not really, I open the message and my computer locks every time. Both messages are from the same person if that means anything

Do you know the person? Perhaps you are having a spam attack and your computer is trying to save you.
