Take a look at these: Link Removed So far every rifle I've looked at they have in .223 Rem. Myself for deer hunting I'm going to use my AR I just picked up with a 20 round mag instead of a 30.

STAG firearms, were the first ones I heard of that made the left handed version of the AR-15. Check them out if you haven't heard of them. Some of there models seem to be cheaper than what you listed. Link Removed
