Thanks for the friend request. I've had my TN HCP for nearly 2 years now.

I have recently applied for a CWP in the State of Oregon. I am aware that the CWP is only valid in Oregon and a very few other states but I may apply for a UTAH CWP if I need to carry in another state. I purchased a Kel Tech P11 and have not yet had the opportunity to fire it. I would like to find a good place to fire here in Salem (Oregon).

hi.just stumbled across this site looking for other states honoring ohio CWP. I go for class this weekend. I just got into firearms and hope to learn alot here.

I'm new to USA Carry. Thank you for the friend request. I don't have a CWP yet, but I will get one in the near future, hopefully before Obama has a chance to ruin things.

Hey Lukem. First time on the site. waiting for my Florida CCW. I was told by my local gun shop that it will probably take about 120 days , with the increase in apps since the election, I work in the IT environment and do Real Estate on the side. I am looking to gain some valuable info from the site and hopefully I will be able to contribute as well. Merry Christmas to all!

Thanks for the great site. I bought my first handgun 3 weeks ago, and I've been practicing at the range in preparation for my CCW. It's amazing how my friends and family have taken to my decision. It's nice to have a place to talk to like-minded people about something we all should do.

Thank-you for the welcome! I'm a retired E-7 Navy Chief Petty Officer.As a Gunnersmate, my job dealt with small arms training and tatics defending the ship. I do have a concealed wpn permit in WA but have not found the right holster for the best feel for the .45 Sig I'd like to carry. Can you help? JP
