Because there is so much crime when you go fishing hunting or camping, right? What about in the cities? LOL
This was my point... no state has it right except VT... no limitations...if you can buy a firearm, you can carry it any way you want. PA is very close to that, one may open carry or conceal carry (CC with a license first). This is why PA doesn't have as many licenses as FL. Between Pittsburgh and Filthadelphia, most everyone open carries and does not bother to get a license. However, it still has the license if you wish to CC, you can't open carry in Filthadelphia, and you must have the license to open carry while in car. Therefore, that's how my state infringes, just like FL infringes in some manners (you can't open carry in almost all avenues of your life), and every other state infringes besides VT.
But you missed my bigger point, we're all Pro 2A here and we should realize that our states have something wrong by infringing on our 2A rights and we should also stop continually have a pissing contest on whose is the best because it is ridiculous, since they are all wrong to some degree (except VT). And since they are all wrong to some degree, that's what makes it a real hassle to travel from state to state.
