Could be. There was an armored car robbery at a Wal Mart here in Washington a couple years ago. Turns out a Wal Mart employee was in cahoots with the robbers and let them know when the armored car delivery was being made.

Unfortunately PA is an "at will" state meaning they can fire you, legally, for no reason, no wrongful termination applies. He should get unemployment tho!
