I got one used but exc cond at Gander. Like others hace said CCI mini mag, stingers or velocitors and no issues. Anything else in standard velocity and it will FTE and often. Using CCI ammo never had a FTE yet. Personally I like the velocitors. Hollow point and 1475 fps.

hi NYBUCKBOY... I do like my Beretta 21a also, and I am having no trubs with mine either as long as I use the CCI ammo.

There is however, no way you'll get 1475fps out of our short barreled 21a's. That listed speed on the box is for rifle length barrels ... the actual speed of a CCI Velocitor from a Beretta 21a ~ 2.5" barrel is 895fps.
