Veterans/Military "sign in" honor list

U.S. Army Infantry, active and reserve

Oct 1975 - is when I went into Boot Camp in Orlando. If I am reading that correct Nov 1975 is when you retired? Holy Cow that is also around the same time my dad retired from the Air Force.

USAF, Active Duty Captain, 2009-present. Thanking God and AFPC that my career field has been removed from the current RIF listing (at least until I start cussing them out again in FY15 when we're back on it....)

Prior enlisted USAF military working dog handler (1995-2000). Hopefully when I'm told I'm one of "those officers that gets it, ma'am" they're telling the truth and I'm living up to their expectations as a prior. That or they're shaking their heads about me in the break room...:girl_wacko:

Proud daughter of a retired Navy Corpsman (RIP Daddy, USN 1950-1955 and 1957-1973); proud sister of veterans of the Silent Service (1973-1995) and the Screaming Eagles (1977-1997).

Okinawa, Philippines....my dad's old stomping grounds. :) He always said he felt more at home with you all than with the USN.

I owe all the years I had my Daddy to the Marines who protected him in Vietnam. "Thank you" is so inadequate.
