The administration has, on a couple of different occasions, tried to find ways to stop paying the benefits promised to our veterans (after all - the US military is a VOLUNTEER establishment, therefore, soldiers should pay for their own medical expenses, remember Obama trying to use that argument?) AND to disarm vets (after all, they are ALL potential right wing extremists according to the administration). It appears they have found one here, one that kills two birds with one stone. The vet receives a letter from the VA informing them that they are about to be declared "incompetent" to handle their own VA benefits based on undisclosed "evidence." As a result, the letter specifically states that they are prohibited from having anything to do with firearms; disobeying this directive will lead to large fines or jail time. If they choose to contest this determination, their benefits will stopped for the duration of the appeal, possibly for good. There is no trial to determine competence; the VA is judge and jury.

Only a certain kind of ruler fears his own military. I will leave it at that.

Our vets deserve better than this!

Vets told they can ?buy back? 2nd Amendment rights

We need to burn up the lines to DC on behalf of our vets.
