fast and furious wannabee punks terrorize neighborhood.

homeowners gets disarmed and his houseguest gets cracked in the skull.

What are the legal ramifications of getting disarmed and having that weapon used against a bystander. Ramifications is your weapon used against you..... TRAINING-TRAINING-TRAINING and when comfortable, more training.
My issue is did these bikers threaten this man or did the man threaten the thugs? We all have rights.

Hmm... A) I wouldn't have had a bat, I would have had a gun. B) I would not go outside. I would have called the police from inside my house. If they came inside and threatened me... well, don't know about laws in other states, but... BANG.

The punks threatened the neighborhood residents. It was a truly bad scene and yes I would have brought a gun to a bat fight
